Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Long & Foster takes the ownership of content very seriously and has a strict policy to protect ownership of content displayed on this site, or any Long & Foster hosted subdomain, sub-directory, meta tag or the like. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Counter Notice Requirements

Copyright-protected content can be removed or disabled if it was posted, used, or distributed using Long & Foster resources without the copyright owner’s permission.

If you believe that your content on Long & Foster was removed or disabled pursuant to a DMCA takedown notice by mistake or due to misidentification of the content, you can contest the takedown notice by submitting a counter-notice to Long & Foster within ten (10) days of receiving our notice.
