Throughout his professional career, Kevin has gained vast experience in the areas of sales, customer service and finance, and enjoys utilizing those skills to assist his clients in achieving their real estate goals.  He firmly believes it is a wonderful thing to help someone find the place they will call home and has been able to do that for hundreds of clients over the years.  Many have said that his caring approach and willingness to listen to their concerns, while taking the time to help them understand every aspect of the process, enabled them to feel comfortable and confident in their decisions and truly see him as a trusted advisor. 

As a real estate professional, he knows the neighborhoods, communities and market conditions, and will keep you up-to-date with new listings and conditions as they impact the market. Whether you are selling or buying, Kevin strives to make the process as pleasurable and stress-free an experience as possible.  Throughout his real estate career, Kevin has been able to work with many wonderful clients and has had the good fortune to work with a lot of Active Duty Military and Veteran families and is a Military Relocation Professional as well as a Certified Military Residential Specialist. He works with both buyers and sellers, including first time buyers, and move-up buyers, as well as those looking to downsize. Kevin has lived and worked in Frederick County for more than 25 years, and currently resides in Middletown with his wife and three children. When not at work, he stays active, spending time with family and friends, working on home improvements and landscaping projects, both at home and with his church, and volunteering with a number of organizations.  He enjoys travel, especially to beach areas and aspires to one day live along the water.  Kevin holds a B.S. in Business & Finance, and a M.B.A with a concentration in Marketing from Mount Saint Mary’s University, though he is always looking to expand his educational horizons and has recently begun learning American Sign Language.
