Kevin Dowell is an Associate Broker with 30 years of experience. He has achieved both GRI and CRS designations and holds a Hall of Fame Gold Team status within Long & Foster. Kevin represents both buyers and sellers, specializing in pricing, negotiations and taking the transaction to closing. He has extensive, hands-on home renovation experience. Kevin helps clients maximize value by deciding what to upgrade, and to what degree.
