I’m Sarah Horwath, a REALTOR® with Long & Foster and a proud military spouse, serving Riva, Davidsonville, and communities throughout Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I was born and raised in Maryland, and while military life has taken our family to different places over the years, this area has always been home.

That background allows me to support clients with both local understanding and relocation experience. With 7 years in real estate, including time licensed in North Carolina, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the process with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and steady support from start to finish.

Because I’m from Maryland, I enjoy helping clients understand not just the market, but what day-to-day life here can look like—so they can make decisions that feel right for them long-term.

When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our daughter, and our dog, and being part of the community we’re happy to be back in.
